Mot Furu respects the privacy of visitors to this website. This notice explains how information may be processed when you use the site.

2. What data may be processed?

The website has no user accounts, order forms or online payments. We do not collect visitor contact details through website forms. However, technical data such as IP addresses, browser information and request data may be processed to deliver and secure the website.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Technical information may be processed to deliver the website, protect it against misuse and investigate technical problems. Where Mot Furu determines this processing, it relies on legitimate interests in operating a secure website. Service providers may also process information for their own purposes under their respective privacy policies.

4. Third-party services

The website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and other technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Merchandise availability is retrieved from a publicly published Google Sheets spreadsheet; fetching this data involves a request to Google. The website also includes ordinary outbound links to Spotify, Instagram, Apple Music and YouTube Music. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

5. Cookies and external requests

Mot Furu does not use its own visitor analytics, advertising trackers or an embedded Spotify player. In our browser checks, no cookies were observed on the website, including when merchandise availability was refreshed. This observation does not exclude all browser storage or technical data processing by service providers. Essential technical cookies may be used if needed for security or site operation; we do not intentionally deploy non-essential tracking technologies.

6. Enquiries and retention

If you contact us by email or social media, we use the information you provide to respond and handle your enquiry. We retain messages only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose or legal obligations. Technical data may be retained by Cloudflare or Google according to their applicable policies and service settings.

7. Your rights
